No40 PVA Primer

Vinyl-based, water-soluble and flexible primer for interior use. It stabilizes porous surfaces to be painted and prepares them properly by increasing the grip between the substrate and the emulsion or acrylic paints. Apply it on interior building surfaces made of plaster, plywood and skim coated walls.
