Plaster with increased early strength, easy to use, crystalline based, providing strong adhesion and resistance to all masonry repairs. Its granulometry is identical to top coat plasters. The result is that it blends perfectly and offers an ideal solution for small repair jobs. It is classified under class GP-CS II per ΕΝ 998-1.

D-32 plaster is suitable for restoration of severe cracks 2-10 mm thick on plaster and to repair damaged corner edges. Replaces top coat plaster in expedient jobs. Covers holes around wall switches and switch boards that occur after electrician jobs are over. Repairs defects that surface after the completion of works by aluminum fitters, plumbers and tile fitters. Its efficiency in everyday painter jobs makes it an indispensable tool. Adding acrylic emulsion D-20 in water to a mixing ratio of 1 part emulsion to 3 parts water increases adhesion, strength and watertightness while improves plasticity as well.

1. Surface preparation
To ensure satisfactory product adhesion, surfaces shall be firm and free from loose areas. It is necessary to wet them before plaster application.

2. Application
Mix the content in water in a ratio of 25 kg D-32 to 5.5 - 5.75 lt water (1.1 lt : 5 kg), using concrete mixer or power drill in low revs until the mix is fully homogenized.
Spread the plaster with trowel or floar and sand it with grinder after 30-40 minutes.
